We provide Scan to BIM 3D modelling services, using the latest technology to convert point cloud and laser survey data into refined 3D BIM models for architects, retailers, and main contractors. We also provide MEP Scan to BIM services for consulting engineers, MEP designers and MEP contractors.
We create a complete as-Built Information Model with accuracy easily depicting pipes, walls, slabs, roof planes, façade detail and landscapes both in and around the building.
Our BIM models are typically created using Revit Architecture and Revit MEP, however we also deliver comprehensive building information models in native formats that include Revit, IFC, AutoCAD, and 3DS Max.
